Holding the ISO 9001, IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management Systems and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System Certificates, , JMS maintains and improves its system effectiveness through annual inspections conducted by TUV Nord.

Product quality is guaranteed by way of being controlled by calibrated equipments constantly throughout the process from raw material tests, semi-product and product tests within the body of JMS.

As well as all the measuremental controls carried out, the fatigue test laboratory where the product life is tested is also available within the body of quality control. Process parameters, as well as product controls, are kept in control constantly. Such test services as triaxial measurement, magnetic particle, radial dynamic test, salt test (dye- life test) can be received externally when necessary. JMS quality management system includes such instruments as PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP, 8D.
