Continuing its activities in line with customer desires and expectations, the R&D department follows the rapidly-changing technology closely. Thus, JMS holds the title of being “the first and only company manufacturing 25” wheels with the flow forming technology in the world.

JMS manufactures all the tooling and fixtures in its own capabilities and designs and produces the workbenches specific to rims in its own.

2D or 3D drawings of wheels are drawn in line with the customer requests and submitted for the customer’s approval and following the approval of the drawings, fatigue tests are carried out for the new design wheels. Fatigue tests aim at eliminating the problems customers may face before proceeding to serial production.

JMS is in constant search for both design and carrying out production activities with state of the art technology to meet the demands of the customers in the European Market, to which it exports a large part of its products, for performance increasing day by day with reasonable price optimization.
